There’s no need for Kim Kardashian to be ashamed that she’s a self-confessed eBay addict. In fact, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star admits that she’s obsessed at the bargains she gets in the overly famous auction site. As a regular shopper, Kim tells her fans that eBay has a lot of amazing buys when it comes to fashion.
As Kim writes on her Twitter page, she exclaimed: “Do you guys ever shop on eBay? I just got an Elizabeth and James brand new w tags blazer for $169 its in stores now for $450! What a good deal!”
She’s not in there from some great buys only, but Kim Kardashian reveals that she’s there to sell the clothes she does not want to wear anymore. In fact, the 29 year old reality show star auctioned off several wonderful items direct from her wardrobe in order for her contribute to the Dream Foundation, a charity she chose because it helps adults suffering from life-threatening illnesses.
Kim has no qualms over passing on her used items. She said: “‘I love to be able to pass along some of my favorite pieces to someone else who will get to enjoy them as much as I have. I even sell many items I never had a chance to where.” For Kim fans, she informed that she and her sisters Khloe and Kourtney are starting off their own jewelry line. Apart from the skin care and clothing business they have established, Kim revealed that she and her sisters are excited over their new venture where they will design accessories for the Los Angeles brand Virgins, Saints and Angels on April 2010.

The Black Eyed Peas are giving one lucky fan a chance to fly to Australia with them. The chart-topping hip-hop group is auctioning exclusive packages on eBay, allowing the winner to be part of their attempt at two world records.
The eBay auction will launch on Saturday, September 26 and conclude on October 3. Fans can bid on a chance to board a Virgin Blue private jet with the “The E.N.D.” hitmakers for Mile High Karaoke.
The highest bidder and a friend will fly on V Australia from Los Angeles to Australia on October 6, where they will be flown to Melbourne on the 8th. They will spend the day there and then board a Virgin Blue private jet back to Perth with the Peas on October 9.
The lucky winner will be part of the Peas’ attempt at obtaining two world records: highest altitude live performance and recorded track.
After the exclusive in-flight performance and the mile high karaoke session with the group, the winner and a guest will holiday for 2 nights at the Mercure Perth and attend the Peas’ “The E.N.D. World Tour” at Burswood Dome on October 10. Prior to the adventures, the winner will also attend an exclusive meet-and-greet with the group.
All the proceeds from the auction will go to The University of Western Australia in America, which aims to improve and promote the health and well-being of all children through the unique application of multidisciplinary research
Up for auction on eBay is the 1994 Benetton B194 in which Michael Schumacher won the first of seven career F1 titles. During that race Shumacher and Damon Hill, who was only one point behind Michael going into the race and who was neck and neck with him for first place, collided on lap 35. The collision spurred controvery and some suggested that foul play may have been a factor so that Shumacher would finish with more points. Of course it’s been fully repaired since that crash. Its Ford-Cosworth 3.5-liter V8 was rebuilt by UK’s Langford Performance Engineering. The bidding has already topped $3.9 million USD. You can bet it’s going to go even higher as this is truly a piece of racing history. It comes with a bunch of spare parts including a laptop loaded with the engine management software and two sets of wheels.
While the auction may have ended, showcasing an auction this important, timely, and relevant is… well, it’s important. Because following the recent passing of King of Pop Michael Jackson, the media went into a tailspin (one that continues, naturally), but all news outlets seem to have bypassed yet again another weird eBay listing: half-eaten food.
A half-eaten slice of a pickle was put on eBay, claiming that the King of Pop bit into the pickle 6 days before his death. We are not sure how much it went for, but chances are it got a good amount of laughs.

Dating from the end of the 17th century and standing 450 square meters (4,843 square feet), a chapel in the small village, Massat (Midi-Pyrénées), is up for sale. Or should we say it’s up for auction on eBay.
Interested? The good news: it features old stained glass windows, a romanesque porch, fine wooden beams and several decorative statues. It has serious potential! The bad news: it’s still a fixer upper, desperately needing significant renovations on the floors, roof and electrical wiring.
The village’s mayor, Léon-Pierre Galy-Gasparrou, decided to sell it because the municipality can’t afford to pay for the repairs. Besides, there isn’t a permanent priest and there are two larger churches in the community.

Ever dream of lying on top of Marilyn Monroe? Now’s your chance! Well…sort of.
The crypt above Monroe’s at Westwood Village Memorial Park in Los Angeles is up for auction on eBay. This isn’t the first time it has been listed. Back in August the crypt sold for a whopping $4.6 Million, but the sale fell through. It is expected to sell for millions of dollars this time around as well. To prevent the sale from falling through again the group listing the auction will make sure any bidders have the funds to pay for the crypt and will collect a 1 to 5% deposit at the end of the auction.
